Sticla clasica, bag-in-box, pet….

Exista o dinamica a lichidului, o adecvare naturala a fluidului, ideala in cazul sticlei clasice. Din celelalte forme, ciudatenii.

Asa cum la ceai s-a rafinat, in timp indelungat, o tehnica de preparare si servire care tin de filosofie pura, asa si la vin nu putem sa renuntam la sticla eleganta, la decantorul clasic, la tirbusonul istoric, la toate celelalte accesorii pentru vin, fara a renunta la o traditie care a cizelat un anumit tip de rafinament si o filosofie proprie a vinului.

 Sau putem renunta la toate acestea ?
